Upstarts is Ireland’s leading career progression programme for early-stage creatives. Through immersive, skills-based workshops, constructive feedback and mentorship from leading creatives, and practical experience in Ireland’s foremost agencies and studios, the Upstarts programme prepares talented creatives for a successful career.
By removing barriers to entry, the Upstarts programme also creates pathways into the sector for creatives from underrepresented and marginalised communities – actively fostering greater inclusivity and a richer, more representative creative landscape.
The Upstarts Programme is made possible through the generous support of our Producing Partner, Core and Programme Partner, TBWA\Ireland. Together, we are building a more vibrant, inclusive, and sustainable future where Irish creativity flourishes.
