Welcome to the Institute of Creative Advertising and Design (ICAD) website. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the ICAD website and your ICAD membership. Please read them carefully before using the website or becoming a member. Your access to and use of the website and your ICAD membership are conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and members.
1.1. Website Content and Intellectual Property The copyright and all other intellectual property rights in all materials featured on this website remain with the individual agencies or creators submitting the work. No work may be reproduced, copied, or distributed without their express written permission. 1.2. Prohibited Use You agree not to use the website in any way that is unlawful, abusive, or harmful, including but not limited to:
1.3. Links to Other Websites This website may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by ICAD. ICAD has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. 2.1. Eligibility ICAD membership is designed to be accessible and beneficial for all Irish creatives. As a membership-led non-profit, ICAD’s membership is structured around the individual, not the business; dues paid by a business are on behalf of the individual. ICAD offers options for those working within the industry but not in a creative capacity. Membership is free to all students working in the creative field.
2.2. Membership Term and Fees ICAD membership runs from February 1st to January 31st. Regardless of the date of joining, membership expires on January 31st. Membership fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
2.3. ICAD Awards Eligibility ICAD membership must be current and active to enter the ICAD Awards. Only active members with up-to-date dues at the time of the call for entries will be eligible to be considered for an ICAD Bell.
2.4. Membership Renewal ICAD membership fees are not automatically renewed. Members will be contacted regarding renewal prior to the membership expiration date.

3.2. Refunds and Cancellations All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Refunds will only be issued if an event is cancelled by ICAD. In the event of a cancellation, ticket holders will be notified and issued a full refund of the ticket price. ICAD shall not be liable for any travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred by attendees.
3.3. Force Majeure ICAD shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure is due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, floods, lightning, storm, fire, explosion, war, military operations, acts of terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, lock-outs, or a pandemic or epidemic. In such circumstances, ICAD may, at its sole discretion, offer a credit for a future event or provide the opportunity to attend a rescheduled event.
