Kasia Oźmin is founder & Creative Director of Together We Create. Kasia is most interested in the space where design and commerce meet and utilising strategy and design to disrupt categories. Kasia is unashamedly a jill of all trades/renaissance woman/generalist. Before returning to Ireland, Kasia spent 10 years in New York working as a Design Director and art Director in high profile agencies/studios including Red Antler, Mother, Anomaly and Sid Lee. Her expertise in concept and creative development has led her to work with clients that include: Apple, (Product) Red, Star Wars, Treasury Wine Estates, Nonesuch Records, Brown Thomas and DCCI. Kasia has won a shelf load of design awards (including and ICAD Gold in 2019), and has had her work featured in numerous international print and online publications including Creative Review, the Guardian, dieline.com, Packaging of the World to mention a few. She is a past judge of the Kinsale Sharks, ADCE, 100 Archive and ICAD. Kasia has contributed articles to a number of publications and has recently been an ICAD Upstarts mentor. Kasia is a visiting lecturer in IADT.
