Jake O’Driscoll loves creative advertising and hates writing in the third person. Originally from New Zealand, Jake started his career at DDB Aotearoa (formerly DDB NZ) before moving to Dublin, where he worked at The Public House and Boys + Girls. After a stint closer to home at Leo Burnett Melbourne, Jake returned to Boys + Girls, where he is now the Creative Director. Having been fortunate enough to have his work recognised at most major award shows, and also serving as a judge for the ICADs and Cannes Lions, Jake loves seeing or making diverse and interesting stories masquerading as advertising. This interest has seen him put a real emphasis on helping cultivate the next generation of Irish creatives through the ICAD Upstarts programme.
