Dylan has worked in BBDO’s Dublin office every day including weekends since he was nine years old. He began as a copywriter and moved upwards quickly by using words like indefatigable, sycophancy and osmosis. He became ECD two years ago and is proud that in the last 12 months the agency has enjoyed its best results awards-wise in its 50 year history, with success at D&AD, Epica, One Show, Creative Circle, Kinsale Sharks and others.
