Seduction was born out of a single visual concept, which director John Haugh pitched to multi-award winning designer Una Burke after seeing her breathtaking leather designs. A prolific artist with the added skill of ideation, John has always wanted to direct commercials and branded content. Thankfully Una was completely on board with John’s vision, allowing him the freedom to fly. Having presented his idea to the Creative Director of Windmill Lane Post Production, Ian Jacobs, and DP, Tim Flemming, John then approached Max Brady of Pull The Trigger to assist him in pushing the project through to final film. This has been a labour of love for everyone on the team, including Una Burke. The hand tooled leather accessories brand is gaining traction, multi awarded, and much lauded in the fashion world. This film is to make the Una Burke accessories brand more accessible to the discerning fashion collector.

The film shows the leather, by nature simultaneously supple and tough, seducing and wrapping the female form, until the final image where leather and female form become as one. Shot in March of 2016 at Ardmore studios in Ireland, the entire production team worked for free. Our model is Laura Kidd, who also gave services for free. Una herself hand made the corset featured specifically for the production. Shot against green screen the team from Windmill Lane Post Production were on set throughout to take reference shots. Once filming was complete, Andrea Arice and Chris Mcloughlin, both 3D artists in Windmill Lane, worked closely with Haugh to bring the storyboard to life using C4D and Octane. The film was completed using evenings, and days where there was a lull in paying work. Software purchases were shared between Windmlll Lane and Pull The Trigger to enable the film to be completed. The music, “The Beacon of Last Hope” was supplied by Gavin Singleton, who once he viewed the film edited to his composition, offered the license and usage for free. Fashion Films are not a ‘thing’ in Ireland. We believe that they will be in the future. Una Burke will be using the film for her forthcoming launch in Selfridges London, as well as to promote her designs in new territories as she expands her brand.
