Irish architect Marc Kilkenny works across a diverse range of projects, his style is modern, contemporary and geometric.
Marc wanted an identity that reflected his studio’s diverse style, an identity that would attract new commercial and private sector clients.
Our thinking was informed by Marc’s architectural style, leading us to build a dynamic and adaptable grid, within which our logo could change and adapt. A modular and dynamic logo system was designed based on the fundamental architect principle – “everything starts with a line”. This system was utilised to display the studio initials, MKA, across stationary and signage, whilst materials such as copper foil were used to reflect the studio’s appreciation and use of craft materials.
